Applies to B2B email too: truthful headers and subject lines, your physical postal address, a clear way to opt out, and opt-outs honoured within 10 business days.
TCPA and AI voices
Since February 2024 the FCC treats AI-generated voices as "artificial or prerecorded" voices under the TCPA, so marketing calls with them to mobile numbers need prior express written consent. Texts to mobiles follow similar consent rules.
